How to get there without a car
It is very simple to go to Kumejima Island.
Take the flight from Naha Airport to Kumejima Airport. Inside the island, you can take the local bus or rent a bicycle.
During a flight, I saw an amazing view. Look at that! I don’t know which island between Okinawa island and Kumejima island, but I was just moved. I have never seen anything like this natural beauty. Just wonderful.
Inside the island. Sugar cane fields are all over the place. Nice breeze during the cycling.
And of course, beautiful blue ocean is there.

One of the Kumejima’s main product is Japanese tiger prawn. This pizza is a combination of the prawn and miso paste with green onions. Very tasty!
